Piping Technology Industry (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (PTI) is pleased to announce that it has obtained a Petrobras Certificate of Registration (Certificado de Registro Cadastral – CRC), marking an important milestone in PTI’s development in the Brazilian energy market.
CRC No. 7000293118-0 was issued on 29 April 2026 and is valid until 28 April 2027. The certificate records PTI as a supplier of goods with technical approval in the Petrobras supplier family for API 5L carbon steel line pipe.
The technically approved scope includes:
API 5L Grade up to X70, PSL-1 seamless line pipe
API 5L Grade up to X70, PSL-2 seamless line pipe
Outside diameters from 3 to 8 inches
This achievement reflects PTI’s continued focus on product quality, manufacturing capability, technical documentation and dependable support for demanding oil and gas projects.
For Brazilian operators, EPC contractors, distributors and project partners, PTI’s registration provides an additional technically qualified source for API 5L line pipe requirements.
The certificate is a partial CRC based on technical approval for the specified product scope. It supports PTI’s participation in applicable Petrobras supplier qualification and procurement processes while providing customers with greater confidence in PTI’s capabilities for the approved line-pipe category.
